Invisible Speaker Wire

As a home owner with a projector room and surround sound setup, I’m always looking to find ways to improve the experience and make the room look nice too. I've currently got some speakers set on little shelves next to the projector screen, the cables hanging down the wall in an unsightly fashion. The shape of my room is less than ideal for those surround sound projectors. So what to do? How about invisible speaker wires?

According to the product description, you adhere these wires directly onto the wall, apply some spackle and paint directly over them. The cable is affordable too since it uses the speakers you already have.

No fishing around in walls, or working in attics and crawl spaces. Just press Taperwire on the wall and attach your speakers and sound system. Hidden by paint, wallpaper or spackle, this thin wire will go unnoticed. You can even lay it under carpets without creating bulges.

Anyone given this a shot? Let us know!

Thanks to the Red Ferret Journal for the find.
